The coffee, the craft, how to use it.

The Coffee

Forty-eight hours to build the sweetness.

A Red Honey Chandragiri from Sharan Gowda's Salawara Estate in Sakleshpur, grown at 1143 MASL.

Fermented for 48 hours, then dried over 14 days as a red honey. The red honey process gives a rounded body and dried-fruit depth while keeping the cup structured and expressive.

Great coffees need great and clean grinders — don't forget to clean those burrs!

Milk Based Drinks

Malt sweetness and soft fruit sit gently in light milk ratios — cortado territory.

Cortado
Double espresso · steamed milk at 1:1 or 1:2
Black Drinks

Earl Grey-like aromatics and clean sweetness shine as pour over; pulls a long, syrupy shot.
