What we collect
When you order, create an account, book a consultation, or fill a form on this site, we collect what's needed to serve you: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, and payment confirmation (we never see or store your full card or UPI details — payments are processed by our payment provider).
Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via cookies to keep the cart working and understand how the site is used.
How we use it

- To respond to enquiries, consultation bookings, and sample requests

Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: Shopify (our store platform), our payment provider, and BlueDart (shipping labels need your name, address, and phone). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
