Who we are

This website is operated by Bloom Coffee Roasters, a unit of BCR Collective Pvt. Ltd., SCO 28 FF, Swastik Vihar, MDC, Panchkula, Haryana — 134109. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is applied as per Indian law, and GST invoices are issued with every order — businesses can add their GSTIN at checkout or share it with our accounts team (accounts@bloomcoffeeroasters.in). Prices, coffees, and lot availability can change without notice — that's the nature of seasonal green coffee. Obvious pricing errors on the site may be corrected even after an order is placed, in which case you'll be offered the correct price or a full refund.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — with a full refund where payment was taken. Because coffee is roasted to order, cancellation is only possible before roasting begins (see our Refunds & Cancellations policy).

Wholesale & cafe partnerships

Wholesale pricing, MOQs (5 kg for Core Range, 1 kg for Micro Lots), credit terms, and partnership benefits are governed by your partnership agreement with us, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ. Wholesale enquiries: wholesale@bloomcoffeeroasters.in.

Shipping & risk

Dispatch and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Report damaged or missing shipments within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Site content

All content on this site — logos, the BCR sticker artwork, photography, text, and tasting notes — belongs to BCR Collective Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Cafe partners receive brand assets through their partnership pack.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
