The coffee, the craft, how to use it.

The Coffee

140 years of Chikmagalur in every cup.

Spread across 400 acres in the fabled hills of Sakleshpur, the Salawara estate was started in 1880 and has been producing award-winning arabicas and robustas for generations.

Roasted darker than our medium profile to bring out the full milk chocolate richness, while retaining the estate's characteristic caramel sweetness and subtle citrus lift. Forgiving, consistent, and deeply satisfying.
