A blend of Indian Robusta and washed Arabica from Coorg, roasted dark to bring out the grain and chocolate character that makes South Indian filter coffee what it is. Built for filter machines, French presses, and any cafe that wants to serve an authentic South Indian experience.
Robusta blends extract very fast. Keep temperature at 90°C, pull short, and expect a thick, dense crema.
Robusta creates exceptional crema and body in espresso. The higher caffeine content also makes this blend popular with high-volume cafes where customers want a stronger cup. Not recommended for black filter brewing — it shines in milk and filter decoctions.
