Brew Guide

How to get
the most
out of it.

Espresso · Recommended Starting Point
18g
Dose
45-54g
Yield
1:2.5-1:3
Ratio
28-34 sec
Time
92°C
Temp

Dark roast, gentle treatment — keep water at 90–92°C and stretch to 1:2.5–1:3 to dodge roast bitterness. Dose down slightly for small cups; it carries milk effortlessly.

Milk Based Drinks

This is its home turf — rich, sweet, and intense through milk, hot or iced.

Latte
Double espresso · 180ml milk · light foam
Black Drinks

For dark-roast lovers: a heavy, sweet pour over or a traditional short espresso.

Americano
Double shot · 150ml water at 80°C · pour water over shot
Cold Brew
100g coffee · 800g water at room temperature (1:8) · 18h at room temperature · filter · dilute to taste
Resting: Allow 4-6 days from the date of roasting before brewing for best results. Peak flavours up to 4 weeks from roast.
