The Coffee

Some coffees are easy to understand. This isn't one of them.

Inspired by Salvador Dalí, this blend brings together two coffees that shouldn't quite work together—and yet somehow do. A washed arabica from Hoysala Estate provides structure, sweetness and clarity, while a naturally processed arabica from Biccode Estate adds layers of fruit, depth and intrigue.

The result is a cup that reveals itself slowly. Familiar at first, then increasingly eccentric with every sip. Rich, detailed and endlessly interesting, Dali is a coffee that rewards attention. Beautifully balanced. Unapologetically unconventional.

Medium grind. Aim for a 30s extraction. The natural component adds fruit sweetness — pull a slightly longer shot to let the berry character develop fully.

Try it black first. The natural and washed components reveal themselves differently as the cup cools — there's a new dimension with every sip.

Milk Based Drinks

Milk chocolate richness and berry jam sweetness carry beautifully through steamed milk — layered and complex in a flat white or cappuccino.
