Inspired by Salvador Dalí, this blend brings together two coffees that shouldn't quite work together—and yet somehow do. A washed arabica from Hoysala Estate provides structure, sweetness and clarity, while a naturally processed arabica from Biccode Estate adds layers of fruit, depth and intrigue.
The result is a cup that reveals itself slowly. Familiar at first, then increasingly eccentric with every sip. Rich, detailed and endlessly interesting, Dali is a coffee that rewards attention. Beautifully balanced. Unapologetically unconventional.
Medium grind. Aim for a 30s extraction. The natural component adds fruit sweetness — pull a slightly longer shot to let the berry character develop fully.
