Brew Guide

How to get
the most
out of it.

Espresso · Recommended Starting Point
18g
Dose
45-54g
Yield
1:2.5-1:3
Ratio
28-34 sec
Time
93°C
Temp

Sweet and forgiving — start at 1:2.5 and stretch toward 1:3 for extra clarity. The apricot-jam body holds up even at longer ratios.

Milk Based Drinks

Apricot jam and milk chocolate make this a natural for milk drinks and iced milk drinks.

Latte
Double espresso · 180ml milk · light foam
Black Drinks

Balanced pour overs with full body — citrus keeps it fresh, the jam keeps it sweet.

Pour Over
15g dose · 1:15 · 92°C · 3 equal pours · 3:15-3:30 total
Americano
Double shot · 150ml water at 80°C · pour water over shot
Cold Brew
100g coffee · 800g water at room temperature (1:8) · 18h at room temperature · filter · dilute to taste
Resting: Allow 8-10 days from the date of roasting before brewing for best results. Peak flavours up to 6 weeks from roast.
