The coffee, the craft, how to use it.

The Coffee

Hibiscus and orange blossom, cocoa underneath.

A floral, structured SLN9 washed single-origin from Balanoor Plantations in Chikmagalur, grown at 1250 MASL by Ashok and Rohan Kuriyan.

Pulped, rested overnight, then classically washed and very well sorted. The result opens with hibiscus and orange blossom aromatics before moving into a clean orange-zest brightness.

How to get
the most
out of it.

Espresso · Recommended Starting Point
18g
Dose
45g
Yield
1:2.5
Ratio
28-32 sec
Time
93°C
Temp

Clean and structured at 1:2.5 (18g in, 45g out). If the florals get lost in milk, tighten toward 1:2.2; for black drinks keep it long and bright.

Milk Based Drinks

Malt and cocoa sweetness holds in small milk drinks — keep it short so the florals survive.

Latte
Double espresso · 180ml milk · light foam
Black Drinks

Expressive pour overs and bright espressos — floral, structured, and clean.
