The Coffee

Five years in, and it keeps getting better.

Over the last five years, Balanoor Plantations have consistently delivered some of the finest washed arabicas in the country. The Kents variety is found widely in Indian coffee, but the care Balanoor puts into each harvest is what makes theirs stand apart.

Rich milk chocolate, a subtle citrus acidity, and plum. Delicious black or with milk, as a filter or an espresso. A coffee that does everything well — and somehow keeps improving every year.

Medium grind. Aim for a 30s extraction. Works well both black and through milk.

The dose is dependent on your cup size. For cup sizes up to 240ml use 18–20g. For larger cups use 22–23g.

Sweet, balanced and versatile through milk — works beautifully as a flat white or cappuccino.
